Restarting My Ilo flash mp3 player goes through sort and search then will shut off and restart the process again. It won't go to any music. I bought this back in March and this is now happening. I haven't really used it that much. I haven't tried anything because I am not sure what to do and I don't want to mess it up more than what it is.

It appears there are several people experiencing problems with the ILO M3P Player.My son received one as a gift in June 2007 f(purchased rom a local Wal-Mart). Hasn't been used that much, quit working in August. Of course, we do not have the receipt. Is there somewhere that will repair or replace if we were to send it in? At first we thought it was the battery, & have replaced it. Still nothing. I would greatly appreciate a response from this email. My ilo is doing the same thing but i dont know what version of the siren i have. I went on the siren website to see what version i have and it dont show it.
