I've lost the instruction manual to install the air conditioner and i cant find it anywhere would it be possible if someone could give me a copy of the manual to install this air conditioner?

Air conditioners don't need water. if it is runnibng properly and blowing cold air it will produce water on the condensing coil. Look at the coil. If you see a lot of ice, turn the unit off and wait until the ice melts. If the ice returns it is probably low on freon. This must be taken care of by a licensed air conditioning tecnician.
Hi, The unit is probably low on freon and so it is running too cold....this trips the freeze stat and shuts down the compressor till it warms up and you reset it by turning it off and then on again... The unit will need to be recharge or replaced...

first try to tilt it more to the outside if this does not fix the problem the drain holes are plugged between the inside coil and the outside and possibly the hole on the outside. Its usually best to remove the unit and wash it out outside. try not to get water on the switches.
