Question about Veo Connect Webcam

Veo webcam hey, there. i have a veo webcam. if you look at this page: http://www.fixya.com/troubleshoot/veo the second veo webcam is the one i have. i have tried to download it on to my computer and it still won't work. i herd from a best buy store helper, that you should update it because i have a windows vista laptop. and idknow how to fix that. i need help on how to fix this problem and have it working, i don't know how its suppose to happen. thank you(:

hello i have a veo web cam when i try to put it on it reconises it on the computer but it says the drivers need to be installed.do you have any idea what it means

how about something easy like download this driver ? (yes) and its done .how much harder can they make it im telling now I will never buy another veo product. took me 5 min. to find driver for old cam now on this one for 4 hrs . good luck folks im going to buy another webcan ive had enough of this.....

I have a Veo web cam and i also have the disk is there any way i can get it to work on my vista computer?

1st You download Webcam Driver. Veo Webcam Free Driver After this install the webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver

Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager then
Select the Unknown Device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.
