Question about Bosch Axxis WTL 5410 Electric Dryer
Sana, this will sound trite, but did you check your breakers? The breakers for your dryer will be in the main panel, outside the house. There will be two breakers dedicated to this circuit, probably 40 amp. If one of these is tripped, the unit will tumble but not heat. If the breakers are OK, I'm sorry to say that this problem will require the services of a professional to diagnose. There are a series of safety thermostats and a thermister that electricity must flow through before reaching the element. If any ONE of these fails, the unit will not heat but will still tumble. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
