Remove two push pin fasteners per side at the liftgate tower area (Fig. 12).
Hoist and support vehicle with safety stands, as necessary.

Disconnect the park assist wire connector under the vehicle and the push pin fasteners attaching wire harness under the vehicle (Fig. 13)
Remove the four push pin fasteners attaching rear fascia to reinforcement bumper.
Remove two screws (each side) attaching fascia to rear fascia bracket in the wheelhouse.
Remove the screw on each side attaching the upper fascia in the tail lamp bucket area.
Remove rear fascia from vehicle by lifting sides of fascia up and outboard to release from rear fascia brackets.
Place fascia on a clean surface.

Remove park assist sensors, if necessary (Fig. 14).

Remove spring clips attaching upper and lower fascia together (Fig. 15).
Using a trim stick release locking tabs and separate the upper and lower fascia.

Remove move the bright chrome molding from the upper fascia (Fig. 16). Using a trim stick, starting at the out edge of the fascia release the locking tabs (Fig. 17). Grip the molding and pull outward from the fascia while releasing the locking tabs.
Remove molding from fascia.
INSTALLATION
Place bright chrome molding in position on the upper fascia.
REMOVAL Release hood latch and open hood. Access Rubber Grommet Remove large rubber grommet (70 mm x 168 mm) from splash shield to gain access to fascia fasteners. Fastener Locations Remove fasteners attaching fascia to the front fender and splash shield, using access hole in splash shield. Remove Push In Fasteners Remove the push pins attaching the fascia to the upper radiator closure panel. Headlamp Jack screws Remove jackscrews attaching headlamp housing to crossmember and remove the lamp housing to access the lamp(s). Roll Fascia Forward Roll fascia forward to clear way for headlamp housing removal. Disconnect wire connector from back of lamp socket(s) and/or bulbs. Remove Headlamp Housing INSTALLATION CAUTION : Do not touch the glass of halogen bulbs with fingers or other possibly oily surface, reduced bulb life will result. Place headlamp housing into position. Connect wire connector to lamp socket(s) Verify headlamp and signal lamp operation. Install jackscrews to attach headlamp housing to crossmember. Align fascia to bumper reinforcement and install the top center push pins, to upper radiator closure panel. Align the two fascia studs to the fender vertical attachments, at the same time align the fascia groove on the horizontal flange with the fender drive pin. Push fascia rearward to engage the fasteners. Install nut on fascia stud through the splash shield access hole. Verify headlamp operation and alignment
You half to remove the Headlamp housing to change it. Here is the instructions out of the factory manual.

Headlamp lens fogging is a normal condition and does not require service unless excessive or continual. Moisture will vent from tubes or vents located on the back of the lamp.
REMOVAL
Release hood latch and open hood.

What you can do is take the phone to a mobile service center and have them unlock the phone for you if it is lock.
well, this phone sint made to change the fascia, in english, you cant change the fascia like a 6230 etc, BUT never fear!!, just type in ebay "7373 fascia" and someone may give you a housing for it, this will require you to unscrew the phone and do it manually, so i suggest you watch out, but everybody learns the hard way!
