my printer accidently got unplugged--I've tried all the suggestions that the printer gives to me but still nothing--I can't find my install disk so how can I get my PC and my printer to "communicate"??

Link all OS: http://downloads.lexmark.com/perl/downloads/downloads.cgi

Install Software and driver WITHOUT CONNECTING THE PRINTER. (YOU WILL BE ASK TO CONNECT YOUR PRINTER LATER BEFORE THE END OF INSTALLATION)

Ok try to hook and see if the system install it without a installation disk.

If this not resolve, then you have to find driver at lexmark websites.

Usually with Lexmark the drivers come bundled with all the software that was on the CD.

When sending out an image or a document to print it is sent out but there is no activity. The light (power button) begins to blink but the cartridges seem to be on the wrong side of the printer and won't move. It has been propely set up in the computer two years ago by a professional and no changes have been brought to its setting. My computer is running on Windows Vista and is an acer. Thank you in advance for any support and help you can offer.
