Can anybody help me with unsupported files on my mp3 phone.I have 55 tracks in my music file yet mp3 screen says there are 1300 tracks.they seem to be the 55tracks I have, duplicated x20.only the 55 will play, the rest say UNSUPPORTED FILE.Have tried deleting music file but it only deletes the 55 and says FILE EMPTY,yet when you put MP3 back on it still says 1300 tracks. Any ideas??

If they are burned tracks they r probably being split whe you download them just so you cant play them unless they were actually purchased. try to email it to your phone thru your computer.

Microsoft Media Player 10 must be used for most tracks, so you have to get it and download it to your phone.
here is a link to the support site. I cant really go much further without knowing what carrier your using and such.

as for deleting files
Go to File Explorer by pressing Start

Select the File Explorer icon
Locate the MP3 file to delete.
