Download driver from seagullscientific and reinstall GBAR
As far as I can remember the windows driver used was from seagull scientific. www.bartenderbarcodesoftware.com
Check the size of the label in your codes or driver. The length must be correct or else you cannot use it correctly. You must may be recallibrate the sensors
it depends if you are working with driver, label software or escape commands. If you are working with escapes you can try with command AY, refer to the programming manual.
If you are working with Seagull driver you can adjust the print density in OPTIONS
