Hey, sansa problem with media player 10

Try formatting the player again.
When you open windows media player it is probably showing the songs that you have on your computer not the songs currently on your sansa.

HELP!!

The player like many chinese "Mp4" players does not support MP4! you must conver the video to AMV format. There are many utilities for this but a good one is http://www.mympxplayer.org/files/tools/MP3_Player_Utilities_4.15_www.mympxplayer.org.7z
it is free and works well supporting many size players.

Video will not convert!

Is the video protected, from a purchased DVD? The Sansa Media Converter will only use un-copy protected content. Best of Luck.
