change two switches, some time the driver's side switch caused the problem also!

unfortinatly the plastic piece you found is part of the regulator. more than likley the whole thing needs replacement. usually around 120 at the parts store

it could be a selonoid. you have to remove the door panel and use a test light see if it gets power when you push the window button

open the door and look on the side of door for little switch up and down ,it a safety switch ,little gray lever sticking out on the side of doors, move it up or down ,read decal on the door jam,hope to help robert b.

SOUNDS LIKE THE VENTS ARE PULLING AIR FROM OUTSIDE, YOU CONTROLS FOR THE VENTS ARE OFF SINQ. TRY TO MOVE THE CONTROL BACK AND FORTH WORK THEM HOT TO COLD AND DEFOAST TO HEAT TO AIR WORK ALL THOSE EVERY WAY YOU CAN ,MIGHT HAVE A STICKING VENT OR VALUE, THANKS HOPE THIS HELPS ,ROBERT

Most likely your starter or the starter solenoid. (assuming your battery isn't just really low...)

The right side is the passengers side does the window go down using the drivers side switch? If it doesn't work from either side switch its probably the power wire going to the down side of the switch. Check for power at the Wire on switch both sides and make sure you have power going to both up and down side, Sometimes the wires get broken in between the door and door jam, By getting pinched, Hope that helps ya out Thanks
