As per my understanding you have set your ring style profile to loud and highest volume 7 but still ur phone phone rings on silent when someone calls..
Please change the Profile setting once again as mentioned below:
How to change call alerts and styles?
1.From the general menu, select "Settings" > "Ring Styles" >
"Style Detail" 2.If you select one of the styles, ie. "Loud" you can then highlight by
scrolling down on the wheel & select "loud detail" & press on the
"change" button (top right corner key). 3.Here you will be prompted to change any feature available to the
"loud" style: volume, ringtone, alerts, voice mail, text messaging
sounds, reminders beeps etc etc. All you need to do is to select the
feature you need to change with the directional wheel and press the
"change" button for each.

Set phones ring style as "Vibrate then Ring" , "Vibrate" , or "Silent" to avoid the power on alert.
I set my ring style to "Vibrate then ring" so that I dont have to change the settings everytime I turn it on or forget to so when I receive phone calls or alerts it still rings & then I dont have to go back and change the settings again when I turn tha phone off so that is dosent have the power on alert.
This is the Only way I have found to turn the phone power on tone/alert off.
Change Ring Style:
-Go to Main Menu
-Settings
-Select Ring style
-Then choose change, & set it to the ring style you want.
I also had the razr and couldn't stand the noise. Heres what you'll do to solve it: 1) Menu 2) Settings 3) Audio 4) (ringstyle) Detail 5) Change the key
volume for each that would actually ring.
1 go to settings
2. ring style
3. click the little button top left on phone under "select". it will let you change your ring style
4. scroll to vibrate
5. click same little button under "select"
6. keep clicking "back" - the little button top right on phone under "back"
Like most of the W377, this one's very odd. The only way I know how to do this is to switch off all Key tones. Key volume is part of the Ring Style menu, so:
>Settings
>Ring Style
>Ring Detail
>Change
> On the Detail menu use the 4 way selector arrows to cursor down to Key Volume
>Change
>0
>Ok
>Back out
NB The Ring Style settings for ALL ring parameters (Ring Volume, Line 1, Text Msgs, Voicemail, Alarm, and Key Volume) change whenever you select a different Ring Style, so you can set up one ringtone in Loud Ring but get a different one for Soft Ring, a different one for Vibrate and Ring, a different one for Vibrate then Ring, etc.
For the sake of sanity (and to avoid the alarm waking me up with a loud blast of Bach when I wanted a quiet 'Ding') I have set the same ringtones etc in all of the above profiles.
BTW whenever you can't find a menu you need, try pressing the black round button (OPEN MENU) in the middle of the 4 way selector arrows - it opens submenus that can't be accessed any other way.
if the ringtones ring from settings or the songs play then it will be
surely the settings problem please select ring and vibrate instead of
vibrate only and if it doesn't works then go to a near by repair shop
and ask them to check and change the buzzer
After you made the ring tone, go to Menu, Ring Styles.
Go to Loud Ring Detail, the go to Messaeg Tone. At the end of the factory installed tones, you will se the one(s) you made. Select it!
wwwaaaaa... i can't fix it...
