My printer is giving me problem bu it is sill printing documents.
my printer is having black lines at the left and righ side of my paper.
what will i do io stop this problem?
somany of my business associate is complaining of my good job but bad printing result please can you sen me the problem........

If you take out the Cartridge, you will see a peace that can move on the botom of the Cartridge, take a tissue and fold it double, use it to clean the green roller that is underneath this cover. Do not press to hard, as you will damage the Printhead(green roller). If you buy a new Print Cartridge, your problem will also be solved

Try another cartridge as it sounds like your drum is bad. If you measure the distance between the start of two sets of print I can tell you exactly what is wrong.
It is the Drum problem buy the new drum by telling laserjet 1020 12A Drum. The cost is very small just 200/- rupees and remive the old drum repalce the new one thats it.if any problem mail me [email protected]
First, you need to try update the latest microsoft office patch file from microsoft or you can open the MS Word, go to "HELP" menu select the update MS Word or related. Try the latest patch file first. You also can try windows update and select custom update, see their list have this problem solution or not.
Second, you need to go to HP website download latest driver for LJ1020 and suitable use on Vista.
Lastly, if still not solve the problem, you need this problem/issue to microsoft, ask their solutions.
