Plug off the Monotor Data cable from CPU and power the Monitor. If anything display like no signal or in old monitors, Bright/Contrast/Color switch light up display, Then monitor OK But CPU Defective. If monitor not power up even LED not glowing, Monitor power supply unit problem.

If CPU Problem, then just open the RAM and here if any beepcode occurs. If beep code gives then your Motherboard & Power Supply (SMPS) is OK. If not open all cables from Motherboard Except power switch and SMPS power and reenergize and here. CPU Failure or RAM failure will be isolated in this test. Like on you can pinpoint the fault.

The 280W may not be supportive enough for the computer requirements and is not diverting its power correctly to power the VGA part of the motherboard.

My gateway laptop wont charge at all i even bought a new battery and charger for it but it still wont charge or power on at all. if anybody knows wat is wrong please let me know.

This can be caused by either your motherboard or a broken power jack. Most common is the broken power jack. These can be replaced some will be separate from the motherboard and plug into it while others are soldiered to the motherboard and will require adept soldering skills so as to not over heat the circuits near the power jack. Most parts will be available on Ebay or online laptop parts stores including the power jack and if needed the motherboard.

Does anybody out there knows anything about R1's I'm having problems with code error 17, and Exup motor not working.... Is there a way maybe connecting the wires to the lil motor that control the intake...

If the code is coming up then your exup valve is probably stuck open or closed and needs to be removed and greased. when you turn the ignition on the bike will do a exup check and preform a cycle which is the noise you can hear so watch the valve cables and see if they move, if they dont then the exups deffinately stuck!
