Help i have a x4270 lexmark and the thing is jamming the paper HELP!!!!

    i dont know yet but i will try that about looking at the rollers and i keep thinking ti might have tape somewhere where mthey have packaged it for shipping thanks alot

Check inside around the rollers as it sounds as if there is paper caught in the mechanism causing it to jam.

1. Press Power to turn off lexmark X4270.2. Unplug your lexmark X4270 from the wall outlet.3 Check for paper jams.
4 Plug in your all-in-one lexmark X4270Cartridge
if everything is ok still the problem persists->The cartridge carrier is jammed.1. Turn off you all-in-one lexmark X42702. Unplug the all-in-one lexmark from wall outlet 2.Open control panel 3.open the cartridge access door 4.Make sure the cartridges are snapped in properly 5.check for objects obstructing the cartridge carrier 6.plug in your all-in-one printer 7.press power to turn on teh printer.

This should fix teh problem.

Lexmark x4270 paper jam
Have you looked inside the roller assembly. More often then not a small piece of paper will get stuck deep inside the roller assembly. This will lead to paper jam errors. Inspect more closely. You will probably find some tiny tidbit somewhere.

My all-in one printer
If it is jamming alot you need to clean the rollers with a mild soap and warm water. Make sure the gears are free from paper and anything else. Make sure the bars are clean the cartridges slide back and forth on. Be gentle when swiping or wiping your printer down with a very soft rag or towel.
