I'm a little confused. What part you need depends on whether you have a display issue or an issue of some pads on the keypad are not responding.

Please post a new help request with your full model (thanks for that) and more detailed symptoms.

SOURCE: cannot open the door Dacor Model DMO24S

You will need to remove the outer wrapper, then separate the control panel from the microwave by removing the screw and then lifting the panel up and away. If you disconnect any wires, be sure to mark them, make a diagram or take photos first so you get them all back exactly where they were. The attached photo shows the area where two locking tabs are located. They must be gently pushed in to allow the door open button and spring to be removed. The door open button is part # 86778 (if your oven is black or stainless, part # 86778 if your color is arctic) and it can be obtained from a Dacor distributor such as http://www.apdepot.com This should be the same as a Sharp model R330BK (black model) and you can order that door open button from Tritronics. It is part # JBTN-B088WRF0 and they are at http://www.wehaveparts.com

SOURCE: Dacor DMO24 microwave oven door stuck

What usually breaks is the door open lever.

On an over-the-range model, only the control panel needs to be removed. Please unplug the oven first.

If you or someone you know wants to look into this, we have critical safety, disassembly, and troubleshooting info at our site, and our link is at our listing here on FixYa: http://tinyurl.com/yzjozk

Once it is apart, you'll be able to see how the door open button would press against the door open lever, which would then lift up against the door latch heads (hook-like projections on the door) and the door should open.

Dacors are made by Sharp, and one of these service manuals below may help you.

How can I tell if the magnetron that was removed from my microwave is really bad?

That is a difficult question to answer, the magnetron would need to be tested to find out if the item is functional or not, do you see a part number on the old magnetron or date when it was assembled. Did the technician replace any other parts besides the magnetron, any information would be helpful.

How do I change the lightbulb on a dacor model DMO024 microwave oven

On this model, you have to remove the outer cover of the oven, then you'll find the lamp in the socket mounted on the air duct above the magnetron on the right side of the oven.

The DMO24S is essentially a rebranded Sharp model R-530E, so its service manual (here) will tell you how to disassemble it, but the proper part numbers are found in the DMO24 parts list here.

You can find links to helpful exploded view diagrams and part ordering help here.

At that last link, when looking for Dacor parts, you have to search by part number only.

I recommend that you bookmark that link to your favorites.

Dacor DMT2420S Microwave has light and touch pad fully functional but when you push start, the clock counts down normally but no sound of the oven running nor does the turntable turn. Food does not heat....

Simple fix.

You need to replace the bottom door switch, or repair its loose or broken mount.

See this help file on door switches, and refer to the service manual here for disassembly help.

You can find part numbers here and order Dacor parts (by part number only) here.

If a switch is all you need, we offer a universal type for only $5 postpaid which you can order here.

Need to replace handle on dacor microwave model: pmor30s. I have

We have the service / repair manual for this model and have uploaded it to our site here for free download to help you.

You have to separate the door panels (as shown in the attached photo) and then you'll see the previously hidden screw(s) you need to remove.

Or you can watch a YouTube video (not a video I made) that demonstrates how it's done.

In some cases, you then have to gently rotate the handle to unlock it.
