I have a pak master 75xl, the pilot/ output is bad . need a replace part

Board reads on it , pilot/output pcb assy 19x188 pc-p-86 94v-0. a round piece with copper around it is burn

These are the part numbers for all the boards that deal with the display. Im leaning towards the sustains as well and you need to do both at the same time cause if one is bad and you replace just one, a bad one can fry the new one.

Dear
Its the problem with fixing film assy. As the rotation sensor attached(at right side) detect non-uniform rotation of the film. Either the film or the fixing film assy. to be replaced. (In most cases)
Next if found fixing film OK, may be defective sensor board or DC_CON pcb.

Your camera is run by a program that is loaded onto the main board when it is replaced. This program is not available (Canon considers it propriety information) so the only way you could replace the main board would be with a used one (that already has the program installed) pulled from a salvage camera. However, this program also has color correction information and dead pixel information etc for the image sensor in the camera. You would have to replace the sensor from the salvage at the same time so that it matches. It would be cheaper to buy a used camera - check Ebay.

I would also replace 2sa992 (2pcs) and 2sc1845 on preamp board- sometimes they look ok when you test them by regular meter. Check 1.2 kOm and 4.7ohm resistors at preamp pcb. Check diodes on output pcb (could be smd type, connected from base of output transistors to emitter i think)

What is a pcb assy
PCB stands for Printed Circuit Board and assy is assembly when the the PCB is populated with all the parts/components.

Can not get the pilot light lit again
It could be the electrode or the ODS pilot assy. that you need to replace. It really depends on the type of you unit you have. If its made by Desa( Comfort Glow, Vangaurd, etc) or ProCom check out Master Parts, they carry these parts. 800.446.1446 or www.masterparts.net. I hope this helps you!

you ruined the audio output transistor(s) for that channel,can you still hear the other channel or is this also quiet,if so,then you will need to replace at least the channels transistors you said you shorted and then check opposite bank for transistor output leakage,if these outputs are (STR) output paks instead of the older oval paks,just replace the whole STR pak and this may be both channels on one SRT-pak on one chip

1. Reload ink cartridges, referring to the Owner's Manual.
2. Ink cartridge PCB defective Replace the ink refill ASSY.
3. Cannot detect ink cartridges.Main PCB defective Replace the main PCB.
I know your machine was not originally showing signs of main board fault or Ink supply issues, although main board can be killed by incorrect use of maintence mode.

I have a Cutmaster 52 Thermal Dynamics plasma cutter. My problem is, when I plug the torch into the machine, it won't come on, i.e., when you plug it in you never hear the audible click. A red light I have a Cutmaster 52 Thermal Dynamics plasma cutter. My problem is, when I plug the torch into the machine, it won't come on, i.e., when you plug it in you never hear the audible click. A red light on front of the machine comes on and the 70 psi green light is flashing which supposedly means the shield cup is not properly connected; the torch is not securely attached to the plasma cutter or there is a problem with the machine. I believe for some reason, the torch is not making connection. I pushed the torch connection into the plasma cutter as hard as I can but it does not seem to be making a good connection. Any suggestions??
