1. Uninstall, and re-install the printer.

2. Error 2200 is a Scan Carrier Stall error... Maybe the scan carrier stalled during a scan job? Turn off the printer, wait a few seconds, and then turn on the printer.

3. If no result....Try this... turn off the printer then remove the power supply and press the power button for 15 seconds (it should clear info out of the printer). Then plug the power back in and press the power button.
