I have connected my dv720 i have no sound and a blue wire a blue and white wire and a beown wire not doing anything should these be connected to something if so what?

The blue/white wire is amplifier remote turn on, so if don't have an amplifier you don't need to worry about it. Just cap it off so it doesn't short to anything. I'm not completely sure, but I think the brown wire may be a phone mute wire. You don't necessarily need it either. If you have no sound, you may want to check your speakers and speaker wires for any shorts, grounds or bare spots.

Cigarette lighter don't work

Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome to the site. First, you need to check your fuse. If the fuse is good, you need to check the wiring connected to the lighter housing. There may be a bad connection. If not, test the wiring. It could be a bad wire, which will need replaced.

Wii says needs update in order to connect with Wii Store which would allow me to download NetFlix Ap. It is connected to the net but I keep getting error message that says update could not go through. It...

Hi there!
There are two ways to connect your Wii to the internet; you can connect to your wireless network (if you have a wireless modem set up in your house), or you can connect using a wired connection directly to your modem.
If using a wired connection, you will need to purchase a Wii LAN adapter and connect that from your WII into your wired router.
danam106.png

Once you have figured out what connection type you will use (and if using a wired connection, purchased and connected your Wii LAN adapter) you will need to take the following steps:
FOR WIRELESS CONNECTION:
  • Turn on your Wii and click on the "Wii" button on the bottom left of the screen
  • Click on "Wii Settings"
  • Click on the arrow on the right side of the screen and select "Internet"
  • Select "Connection 1 : none" (if you don't see "None" in Connection 1, click the Connection 1 button, then choose "Clear Settings")
  • Click on "Wireless Connection" and then "Search for an Access Point"
  • Select "OK" and the Wii will display all the wireless networks it finds.
  • Select the wireless network that is yours.
  • If it asks you to enter a password or key, then your wireless connection is password protected and you will need to enter the password that was setup to allow access to your network.
  • Select "OK," "Save Settings," and then "Yes."
  • Your Wii will test the connection and you should get a message saying connection was successful.
FOR WIRED CONNECTIONS:
  • Connect your Wii to the Wii LAN adapter and connect that to your modem or broadband adapter. Please not that you will need to unplug your modem for a few minutes to reset the connection and you will also need to unplug the connection to your computer when you want to connect your Wii to the internet.
  • Turn on your Wii and select the Wii icon on the bottom left
  • Click on "Wii Settings"
  • Click the arrow on the right side of the screen and select "Internet"
  • Click "Connection Settings"
  • Click "Connection 1 : none" (if you don't see "None" in Connection 1, click the Connection 1 button, then choose "Clear Settings")
  • Click "Wired Connection"
  • Click "Ok"
  • Your Wii will now do a connection test
  • You should see a message saying the test was successful
Hope this helps!

I have a pair of DCM KX-12 speakers and one of the tweeters don't work changed the tweeter and still don't work any help????

Make sure hat there is not wire damage. Next you will need to check if there is voltage coming form the wires that connect to the speakers. This requires a volt meter. If there is no voltage then either there is a break in the line, a bad connection or the feed from the pcb is bad. Next step with no voltage woudl be to replace or resoldier/reattach the wire to the pcb or connecting object.

How to wire a zumo 550 sat nav to a honda cb1300sa

I'd suggest you don't pay their bill! ****. You'll need to find the accessory supply and connect the red wire it to that. Goodness knows where they connected the black (negative wire) if they are that stupid. Don't trust their work - I home they did not work on your brakes.
