I am suffering from the same paper jam problem described by several other owners of an HP Photosmart 8250. The only suggested solution is the same as posted on the HP web site and has proven to be totally useless to me. Any other suggestions. I know I can pay$25 to get a HP tech consultant to diagnose the problem but that seems a bit rich given that it seems to be a common fault.
Thanks for the suggestion, I tried that but no luck. The paper appears to be "pushed" back into the printer, but then forward progress is stopped. When I open the rear access door the paper is wrapped around the rollers, but progress seems to stop there. Thanks for the suggestion, I tried that but no luck. Make sure there is no paper stuck inside in the paper. may be there is small piece of paper stuck inside Just unplug the power and open the cover and remove the toner or cartridges from the printer and manually try to roll the roller and remove the paper. Hope this helps. Please rate my response. Thanks. Have a good day.
