Which print finishing setting do you use: Draft, Normal or Best?

Sounds like a problem with the printer. The software that came with the printer should have some tools that might help you, My old Epson printer came with a set of tools, one in particular tool (which may help you) was head aligment. This use to fix the issue of non straight lines being printed. Head cleaner was another tool i would use to have thin consistent lines printed. Check your printer install cd and add the extra software if all you have installed is the basic driver.

1.I am using Sato CX400.my printer problem is when i give Command for printing copy (default by prn file one copy) but print out two copy and i wastage lots of label .so please help me about my problem.

2. i have sato Cx400 two printer but in both printer font is Bold & another is UN bold.so how make both printer setting same

Hello,
You did not tell us, whether it is not printing barcode's alone or no text is printing.
You might hear beeps for 2 reasons, Sensor posistion is not correct. or ribbon is not correctly fitted.
Kindly check both these. hope this will solve your problems.

Mail Manager has included in the package the fonts necessary to print the barcode. I encourgage you to join the customer portal open to all Mail Manager users to help solve the problem.

Try running couple of these test, to see if it might be another issue.
It should be printing these test at 1500 Line Per Minute... ?
1500LPM is at 10CPI if you have (Font size: 6, 8, 12, 14) it will make a difference.
Change your driver to Generic/Text, rerun your report... any difference?

This is defendant on the program you use to print labels with. The printer responds to either a print job sent to the driver (like a standard windows printer). Or you can send an EPL program to the printer in order to use internal barcode generating features of the printer. The dimensions of the barcode are controlled via the EPL script. See the EPL programming guide avaialble on Zebra's website for more info.

Dec 18, 2007 old problem... If you have same problem currently, post it and will get you fixed. March 14, 2009.
