Dishwasher trips out as soon as switched on

Check your circuit for a fault.
Domestic appliances have a capacitive RF filter in the mains input. Switch both live and neutral off with a double pole switch at the consumer unit when you are away. That will stop the residual current trip breaking when the neutral line is still connected.

EXACTLY, when does it trip. AFTER the door opens, WHILE opening, or BEFORE it is open?
AFTER = look for a short in the pump motor circuit.
WHILE = Either pump motor or door solenoid short
BEFORE = door solenoid short

It's unlikely. An internal fuse would blow first, I'm assuming. If you've diagnosed this far you sound capable of continuing. Electricity is dangerous!!! I would remove all things from the board, 1 by 1 plug each component into board until the breaker trips. That should pinpoint what is tripping breaker. I would assume a motor.

The switch in the door may have a bare wire touching the sides causing a short. Check a schematic for the proper way to remove and test the switch. Look for bare wires or any insulation cracks.

shorted ignitor remove the ignitor leads and see if it still trips if it doesnt trip replace the ignitor

Hi, you have a short in the unit take the outer door panel off and look at the door switch and the were connections to the control for a burnt connection.
There are too many items that rely on the same circuit. You will have to get an electrician in to fix this. In the mean time, make sure everything else that is used by that circuit is turned off when you use the dishwasher

This can be due to the fact that the heaters draw up more current than required and so trips the circuit. it will be important to remove and check the heaters, check if the contactors are faulty that feed supply to the heaters. Also if the trip is a ELCB- then with some leak in the circuit , motor, heaters, the circuit will trip. Hence check the electrical, check the ground on your dishwasher. Use an external ground and check

Is this happening only now! If it was working OK earlier and tripping now only it may be due to some electrical fault inside the machine.

Switch off all the high power appliances and try the dish washer. If it works you have to check the breaker overall power rating!

If it trips during dish washer ON, the fault could be in the heater circuit of your machine. Heater Insulation would have become weak etc.

It could be faulty wireing in the dishwasher connection or you could have a leak in the washer causing the wires to get wet. I would have an electrician have a look at it.
