you eather have a bad solder connection or a part overheating...this unit has a processor that generate error codes that technician with a special computer interface can read....this is where the troubleshooting begins...first thing a tech can do is check make sure all cables are securely plug in
Deflection board , its bottom board to the left has FBT flyback transfomer CK capacitors cp 150 2200uf 16v use 25v and two more cp114 cp120 220uf 35v if cp 150 is puffed up on top it is bad replace All 3 capacitors for parts call Mats Electronics 1-800-628-1118, also For Deflection replacement board Call Encompass Electronics Parts 1-800-638-3328
The beeping sound is most likely the high voltage generator needing replacement. This is a fairly easy job if you have some tech support to discharge the picture tube. This indicates a problem in the power supply either the low voltage switching supply or the High voltage power supply. The sounds you hear is the shutdown circuit activating, I would not suggest that you try to repair this problem because of the dangers involved.
