you will probably have to remove the toilet,the roller is probably stuck on the flange. you can call a plumber but they will probably charge a lot for something you can do by yourself. most home improvement places will be able to walk you through the steps.
Try power reset. Also, clean the lens with a piece of chamoise leather, which u can get from a good optician also. Or else, clean with a dry soft tissue paper, toilet paper would not be a bad option. :)
get a toilet tissues put a 50% water and 50% alcohol then press on it lightly for 30 secs then wipe it, do it repeatedly, then get a dry tissue paper then press on it for 1 secs then check if the color line has a straight black color and no gap.
Several possibilities. I have seen hygenic items " stack up" in a 4 inch line creating this problem on at least two occasions. Try using a 6 foot extendable toilet auger instead of a plunger. (home depot carries them for about 45 dollars or you may be able to rent one at the tool rental). If this does not solve the problem you may have to use a shop vac to empty the toilet and auger it from the bottom as well as the main line after pulling it Examine the exiting flange of the toilet itself as many times something as simple as a bowl freshener wire or a Q tip can cause paper to clog the toilet. try this first. The aspirator grille is on the instrument panel and looks like a tiny regidter, maybe 1 1/2 inch by 1 inch.
Check for proper connection of the in-car temperature aspirator tube. Refer to the following Service Procedure for details. SERVICE PROCEDURE
Cut a piece of toilet paper or tissue paper about 3.7x3.7 cm (1.5x1.5") (paper towel will not work).
Turn the key on and turn fan speed to HIGH.
Select PANEL or VENT mode.
Place the piece of tissue paper over the aspirator grille opening in the bezel. If aspiration (suction) is present, the tissue paper should stick to the aspirator grille.
Turn the fan OFF. The tissue paper should fall off.
If the tissue paper falls off the aspirator grille while the fan is on HIGH, check that the aspirator tube is properly connected at the right bottom corner of the front heater. The black connector on the white flexible tube should be snapped over the black tube connected to the heater plenum. Also, check for kinks and cuts in the aspirator tube.
On the B-2740...located at the end of each spindle (roller) there is a small hole where you insert a special key (bobkey) or a bobbie pin and depress the locking mechanism. This will release the spindles.
