Question about Desa International RH125AT Utility Heater

Reddy Heater 125t won't restart on its own after first cycle.

I have a Reddy Heater 125T that starts up fine and runs until it get up to the tempiture desired. Once at that tempiture it shuts off and will not restart when the tempiture drops unless I shut it off and restart it. Upon restarting it runs great again until it gets to the desired tempiture. Any ideas?

Sounds like a bad thermostat! (A common problem with this model) replace and it should work again!

check the tank for any blockage and check outlet pipe .

The heater keeps cutting out like it just ran out of fuel. It is not out of fuel. I cleaned the fuel filter, but it's still cutting out after a couple minutes. Its a Reddy Heater 125T

I have a 125T reddytheater without a owners manual . it is a multi fuel heater that worked good last winter. Now it tries to start , pulsates and then shuts down.

Old fuel from last season? Start at draining/cleaning the tank. Add fresh fuel. Check fuel filter and air filters. Test again.

Sears or Home Depot sell products and parts ... other than that.. hard to find

My reddy heater 125t starts fine but only runs for a couple of minutes and then shuts itself off and the red lights that says flames begins blinking. but we open the garage door about a foot and it works...

Read your manual....it will explain why and what happens when not done.Your machine ( which I have ) requires a 11" opening of fresh air in a garage. I use a fan sideways behind the machine and that seems to work without having to open the door, also helps circulate the heat at the ceiling.

i have a 125t reddy heater the other day while it was running the digital read out started climbing rapidly and i smelled something like burnt wire coming from the heater. so i shut the heater down for a few minutes and then tried to restart it. now the ignitor light flashes and the heater doesn't work anymore. any help would be great thanks

I have a ready heater pro 200, mdl RM200T and when I plug it in it does nothing, if I push the reset button the unit turns on, i get flme puffs for about 10-15 seconds and the unit shuts down

Reddy Heater won't self start after first cycle. I have a Reddy Heater 125T that starts great. It runs until it gets to the desired tempiture and then shuts itself off. The problem is that it won't restart itself when the tempiture drops unless I turn the power off and back on. Once I turn the power off and on again it starts up and runs great. Does anyone have any ideas?
