I bought this amp like 2months ago and had problems with it, sent it back to ma audio for replacement, when i got it back it worked fine for 2 weeks then i decided to plug the remote bass control they sent with it up and as soon as i did the bass stopped all together. I then unhooked the remote and still nothing, the subs hit as u are plugging it in, but once you got it thats the only time... wth any ideas? really dont want to have to pay the shipping back and wait another 2mths....
Hi, sounds like u have a problem with the remotebass connection socket. the socket has little pins inside, check to see if they arent touching each other. also try not using the bass control, then try one sub at a time. u may find that one of the subs or sub spk wires cub be faulty. cheers.

that subwoofer has dual 4ohm voice coils, if your amp can handle 2 ohms, you would put a wire from the positive (+) on the amp to the positive on both connectors on the sub, then hook the negative (-) on the amp to the negative on both the sub connectors that will be a 2 ohm load on your amp make sure your amp at 2 ohms is not more than 600 watts RMS or 1200 max.
