Here's a link to the site you can download the sheet of codes for all types of devices. Just choose RAV240 from the Remote RAV Model Number field.

I believe the ZA11360 remote works with Amplifiers and is not compatible with the GX-50 mini sound systems. You could try and buy a universal remote and then try and program it for the GX-50 but it is hard to find codes. There are a few Yamaha sound system codes available on the web and you could try these with the ZA11360. But these are for Yamaha CD players. Try one of 60036, 60490,61907.
The "MUTE" function on your remote control has been activated. To deactivate the "MUTE" function, simply press the "MUTE" button on your remote control. (Make sure the volume control is turned down to avoid damage to your system.)If you misplace or lose your remote control, you will have to purchase a new remote control unit, as there is no duplicate function on the front panel of your stereo. Unplugging the stereo will not deactivate the muting circuit, as the microprocessor "remembers" if the muting circuit was active prior to being turned off or unplugged. If you need to purchase a remote control, you may order one directly from our parts office.
Replace the remote control with a universal remote (e.g. Logitech). It is more advanced and very user friendly with a help function if anything doesn't work.
Just follow the instructions in the unit's manual.
If you drop it; be sure to replace the batteries correctly.
Keep good batteries in it and enjoy the convenience of only one remote.
If still in trouble; just visit your local Yamaha dealer for help.
Don't know the exact code for your STB, but you can download the manual from http://www.yamaha.com/yec/products/productdetail.html?CNTID=5027893&CTID=5000300&RLTID=1505&DETYP=RELATION , There you can find the list of all codes and also how to program them into the remote.
