Hi,

Lexmark has not yet launched the drivers for windows Vista.
However, there are few work around that have been found to work.
First of all install the drivers for the printer from the disc for XP only in case you have not done that.
Once done..try the below 2 fixes.

Fix#1
Click start...control panel..printers
Right click on lexmark printer...click properties...go to advanced tab
locate the option that says driver..usually it would have the entry z25-z35.
Once you click on the drop down there should be another entry by the name of z25-z35 color printer
select that option and click apply.

Test the functionality.
If above does not work try the second fix

Fix#2
Click start...control panel..printers
right click on lexmark printer...click properties...go to ports tab
select USB00x instead of LPT 1

At the moment I not think there are any for vista or win 7 they not make any sorry.

Lost softwair for my lexmark Z25-Z35 I lost my CD to load my printer onto my computer

Lexmark does not distribute replacement install disk for all models.

Contact Lexmark here, to see if the disk for your printer is available.

If you do not have the disk you must download the software from Internet, follow instructions below,

Click here:Official Lexmark Drivers and Software

A web page will open, follow instructions, select model, select operative system etc., and click on download .
Chose to download the file in my documents when asked.
Afterdownloading,findthefile,doubleclickonthefile, then if you get introubles,follow theinstructionsbelowtoreset andreinstall drivers:

Unplug printer USB.
Go to control panel >> installed printers in Windows and remove (delete ) any installed printer from printer list.
Download driver from website and run the file.
Follow driver installation wizard.
Plug back printer when prompted from installation wizard.

Note:some printer doesnot work on Vista, if you do not find any driver download for Vista onyour model page, that means your model is not Vista compatible.

Vista drivers

Hey,

The lexmark drivers and software required for installing the printer is available at www.lexmark.com

Select Drivers & downloads then driver finder.

Type in your model x2350 for example

Select your windows version

Download the setup program.

1.Download software
2.Run the downloaded setup
3.Plugin the printer when asked
4.Done
