Re:
From the manual )link below),,,,
1. Put the headset in pairing mode
? Make sure the headset is off.
? Press and hold the answer/end button until a solid blue light comes on.
2. Set your Bluetooth phone to ?discover? the Jabra BT350
Follow your phone?s instruction guide. This usually involves going to a
?setup,? ?connect? or ?Bluetooth? menu on your phone and selecting the
option to ?discover? or ?add? a Bluetooth device.* (See example from a
typical mobile phone in fig. 5)
3. Your phone will find the Jabra BT350
Your phone then asks if you want to pair with it. Accept by pressing ?Yes?
or ?OK? on the phone and confirm with the passkey or PIN = 0000 (4
zeros).

when u connect ur phone bluetooth to any other device it need a pass code! you have to give that from ur phone manually and the other device should have to put the same code so now u use the headset option to connect to the bluetooth not the normal bluetooth conectivity !
It seems you troubling yourself my friend :D, don't worry try your puk code to unlock samsung galaxy s pin code. PUK code can you get from your sim card bundle or calling your network provider, the idea is to enter any password until your phone asking about puk code then you can use that to unlock samsung pin code and reset it to default. Good luck!
Go to your blue tooth settings and delete it. After you delete it click on add blue tooth device. There is when it will ask you the 3 option's. The bottom Option is the one you want. (DON"T NEED A CODE OR DIDN"T COME WITH A CODE)
If you need the pairing code for Bluetooth to connect just pairing with the same code in each device for example if your device asking for code just enter 1 in your device ( Samsung galaxy) and enter the same code (it means 1 for Nokia), the code will depend on you but the important the code must be same each other.
The Philips tech-support asked if I pressed the connecting button on the blu-tooth dongle long enough or until it blinks back and forth from red to blue. This takes 5 s of pressing. After this the connection worked just fine. You can actually read this in the user manual too...
So don`t just start the SHB7100 when you pair it with 95, keep the button pressed down until the light shifts from blue to red and back after which you can enter the code 0000 and Voilà!
