Re: notsure if this is my washer
Sounds like a electrical problem. you should check the terminal block and cord to make sure there is nothing wrong with it. Burned wires etc. and also that the cord is properly attached. I would also check the voltage across the end terminals (red and black wire) and make sure there is 240v across them. then red to netral and black to netral should be 120v.

check to make sure the filter at the connection where the hose goes into the washer is clear of debris. this can cause low water pressure if it's clogged. it's real simple to fix. just disconnect the hose from the washer and remove screen from inside the hole and clean it off and replace. Notsure if you can run the machine mannually by adding water.
I don't think you can replace the whole dryer section as a piece. If it just stopped working correctly you can replace internal parts to fix it. If it suffered some catastrophic damage (many parts destroyed) it will probably be less expensive to replace the whole laundry center.
washer dryer and dryer ony machines differ in a huge way. the big diff. is the drums on each are completly different sizes. the conventional dryer has the bigger, giving better air flow and tumble to clothes. the w/d has a smaller drum thus less air flow and less tumble between clothes. the best way to see this effect is remove half the clothes after a wash and then select a drying cycle. u will see that by giving the clothes more room to tumble free of each other rather than tumbling in a large ball will dry them. washer dryers are really only a marketing tool.
