No print having installed my 922 all in one printer everything seems ok . printer goes through motions of printing with heads going across etc,, yet page is blank. i have tried troubleshooting on dell help centre and windows to no avail. my pc is on windows xp. i have checked cartridges at printshop and while ink is low they should still be ok.

When I try to print the printer turns on as though it's going to print then stops. I get an error message stating LSA bitmap not installed.

Did you try different cartridges? They could be "dried up"?

Will not print

Try using the 'clean cartridge' setting with your printer, this usually forces the ink through the installed cartridges.

Good luck!

DELL AIO 922- All in one- Printer won't print

Remove the right ink cartridge (color). You will get an error saying the cartridge is empty, but ignore that. Hit cancel on your printer. Print your job...when your print screen comes up, under preferences check the box for print colors in black and white. Your printer should print just fine without the color cartridge. Ignore the flashing red light.

Printer won't work, even if goes through printing motion, says ready, etc , shoots out paper.

Do you have the installation disk for either printer? If so simply reinstall over the existing ones. If you do not- Go to Start/printers and Faxes Clcick on install new printer. Select from list Select make Select model select OK
