Switching on problem

When I supplying power to my projector, the Projector Power and Status indicator both are glowing red. Once I pressing the power button to start the Projector, it is not responding and my projector fails to start. If any suggestion is available please let me no to fix the problem.

Have you tried plugging it into different electrical outlets? Also, are you using an extension cord and/or a surge protector?

It is an indication that the projector is in sleep mode. Press power button and check for any changes on the led indicators. If the power turns red, it means unit is hot. check if the fan is working and if the air filter is clean or needs cleaning. If the lamp turns red it means the lamp is busted, You will experience this since lamp is clearly blown. But if both lights are red, it means that the unit is busted and will require service.

This is a faulty Mainboard you sit with.

The only way to get rid of this problem is to either repair or replace the part.

Status indicator blinks RED, not starting.

your projector status means the protection circuit is working or the lamp is in an abnormal condition.
--wait until status indicator goes out and press power button.
---if the above solution is not working change the lamp.
