Receiving calls when I receive a call I can't hear the caller unless I turn on speaker phone.can you help?

Probably the speaker's problem, go to the store where you purchased the phone, and tell them your problem, they will probably replace it for you and you'll be fine. Good luck.

I have a Nokia E5, only a few months old. When receiving calls, I am unable to hear the caller. They can hear me perfectly though. Please help

Did you drop your phone? It seems that your phone's caller speaker is damaged thats why you can't hear the caller. If this is the problem then the only solution is to replace the speaker. Hardware is not covered under warranty, but you should check with the warranty provider. Otherwise, take it to any mobile repair shop and ask them to change the speaker.

Unable to receive sound from interphone F4 when calls were made. Able to make call or receive calls, but cant hear anything , the other caller can hear you.. speakers checked ok, can hear MP3.. Please...

I also did have this problem with my SE W715.
I did talk to Cellular Italia S.p.A and did get this answer that did solve this problem.
Make the pairing as usual.
Make an phonecall.
When you are online press MFB button again and your cellphone will switch from cellphone speaker to headset speaker.
This you only have to once at the first pairing.

well, check if you are able to record anything at all on your phone. If yes, there's something wrong with the
firmware. If not, provided that your phone works perfect in all the other aspects ,
then there's something wrong with the speakers..
