Not sure if this will help, but you might try removing the batteries from camera, then see if it responds on the dock, if so it is most likely bad battery. That battery should be easy enough to find at locally. You might wanna try the Interactive Troubleshooter on Kodak's site. http://www.kodak.com/global/en/service/products/ekn030483.jhtml?pq-path=6861

Camera will not come on. Battery pack will not

Some docking stations will only charge KODAK batt.
Might sound silly, but Are you sure the Lithium batt are rechargeble?

Kodak M375

There is no Kodak M375 camera.

But for most of these issues the easiest solution is to remove the camera from the dock. Remove the battery from the camera. Re-install the battery (if you know it's still sufficiently charged) and try to turn the camera on or off. This often re-boots the camera.

Charging Camera

I would test the docking station first. Do you have a way of charging the camera without using the docking station?

Thought I'd ask because some can and some can't.

Docking station does not synchronise

Possible faulty connection between docking station and camera. Depending on age of the camera- send it back for replacement from the seller or contact Casio. Does this model have a removable memory card? If so invest in a card reader - very cheap and more reliable than docking stations.
