its like the user profile has changed to silent All you have to do is.... go to the settings on your mobile phone, scroll to profile and select it, click on general or loud, select personalize, check the incoming alert mode and see if it is set to ringing, scroll down and select a tone for the alert then save. after which activate the edited profile as the profile in use..
You can set the length of your incoming ring to in the Call forwarding portion of the phone. Usually, it is set to 25 seconds. It can go as high as 30 seconds. To set the ringer to be longer or shorter, it goes by 5,10,15,... set of 5 increments. up to 30. I would also recommend to use a factory set ringtone, set the profile to LOUD or OUTDOORS. With vibrate option on. Some downloaded ringtones don't play as loud.
You can change the settings of the selected active profile.
Select Menu > Settings > Tones > Incoming call alert, Ringing tone,
Ringing volume, Vibrating alert, Push to talk settings, Message alert
tone, Instant msg. alert tone, Keypad tones, or Warning tones. You can
find the same settings in the Profiles menu.
you need to go on to your tone settings and see if you got the incoming alert '0ff' because this is one of the main reason why your phone wouldnt ring, also check your on alret for calls and see if you calls switched off.
you may also need to go on to your profile and check if you have got it on silent and this is another reason why your phone may not be ringing.
hope this helps
