Usually you have a number entered on the back-end. Locate this and delete. If you are unsure where the error is simply write down any data you have saved in your calculator and reset it with the button on the bottom. This works every time for me.
well i have the same problem, but see, if that happens, wats wrong is that your calculators usb drive on top of it is busted or the cable is busted, or its an application on your computer that messing up the communication. Allright, try connecting with a buddy. bring 2 calculators and 2 cables. try the two calculators together, if it works, your software is messing up the communication. If it doesn't work, try ussing the other cable, to connect both the calculators, if that works, its your cable, if not, buy a new calc. Srry!
If you know the batteries are good, then turn the keyboard over and find the small reset/connect button and press it. This resets /connects the board to the receiver. If it still doesn work, press the button on the receiver and then the mouse. Hope this is of help to you. Bud
