The main screen that you play the dvd in is getting no power, has been played 3 times, went to turn it on, and getting no power. The screen that you play the games on is doing fine. I did the trouble shooting on the instructions but none of it worked. Still n power.
Re: dual screen car solution dvd player with games
Considering the DVD player is inside of the unit, and the unit will not play a DVD (I am assuming you put in a DVD) while in DVD mode, the conclusion I would draw would be that the unit is defective and should be returned.
To give details to this deduction:
DVD Mode has power, just is not producing an image. --Known because it can play games.

check on the main wiring harness you wil see a black box on the yellow wire. open up the cover. there is a 10 amp mini fuse inside. if it is blown replace the fuse. also check your main radio and accesssory fuses in your fuse box. if no fuses are blown check all wiring connections.
Sounds like it may be a bad linking cable or connection. Make sure you have cables inserted firmly and correctly. If possible, hook main unit to TV to be sure you are getting proper Video/Audio output.
Yes you can use the wireless headsets (you might need a cheap adapter from radio shack) and it can play only one dvd at a time but most models let you plug a video game into the screens so one kid can watch the movie and the other can play thier game
I hope i was of help!
