I/O error when i plug my player into my pc it says that there is an i/o error so i havent been able to use it for months. help please!

    the file ran, but now it doesnt show any removable disc. now i am getting no message and no response at all from the mp3 player.

The firmware needs to be upgraded(or in this case replaced) Warning*****this will erase all content on Player*********** 1.Download this "NOMAD MuVo TX Audible Firmware Upgrade 1.10.05 from http://www.nomadworld.com/downloads/drivers 2. Run the self-extracting executable, when it gives the comment to the effect of "searching for devices."hold down the pause/play button and plugged the MuVo into your USB port and continue to hold the button down for another 15 to 20 seconds. This allows you PC to see the device. 3. Follow the instructions from this point on.

Let it charge for 12 to 24 hours. You cannot "overcharge" it -- it is designed to be "idiot-proof" (plugging it in, and then forgetting about it for a month, will not harm it).

Media problem

General system error means it's software is corrupted, just reprogram it. It cannot detect by pc because it have no identity at, just reprogram it and it will work fine, maybe it's infected with the virus while you're synchronizing with your pc.

When trying to play DVDs the words unknown disc title appears. Even after several attempts with various DVDs we havent had any success.

have u tried cleaning the hea of ur dvd player?after using a dvd player or cd player for long times of continous play say 6 months or if u play too many scratched discs and u dont clean the head of the player it starts skipping the disc or many a times dosnt recognise the disc so it'll give u errors like "Unknown Disc", "Disk Error" etc so i would really recommend u to clean its head using a dvd head cleaner cd.. its easily available in the video stores or malls.. u can purchase any dvd head cleaner cuz there are number of manufatcures for this. im sure this would solve ur issue.
