Get yourself a "microfiber" cleaning cloth. Search the web & you will find many suppliers online as well as cleaning guides. These cloths are indispensable for glass, TV & computer monitors as well. They are also environmentally friendly as you only need to use a little water with them (no cleaning agent) or even just dry.

For Nd:YVO4 crystal, do we have anything to note for?

When you receive crystals from FOCTEK, please make sure that only qualified personnel are able to open inner packing at clean environment. Please prevent finger print, oil and other substances from adhering to the polished or coated surfaces.
If the surfaces are contaminated, please blow the surfaces with air ball. If there is still pollution on the crystal surfaces, please clean the surfaces with cleaning liquid and soft silk. The mixing liquid of 50% high purity alcohol and 50% high purity ether is recommended as cleaning liquid. Please notify that the contaminated surfaces are very easy to be damaged. When polished surfaces are fogged or damaged, please ask FOCTEK for repolishing and coating service.

Drying time for dupont high gloss sealer and finsh

each job is different and drying times are never the same on 2 surfaces.
The best rule is to follow the info on the sealer....worse that can happen is the manufacturer will refund the cost of the product if you followed the directions and get something other then you expected.
Good Luck

How to clean interior hard surfaces of mistubishi lancer?

Clean interior hard surfaces with a damp cloth and a mild all-purpose cleaner such as Simple Green, diluted about 10:1. If you have vinyl-covered seats, use a conditioner made for that material. Avoid products that give a high-gloss, slippery surface, so passengers won't feel like they're on a roller coaster. If you have leather upholstery, dress the surfaces with a leather conditioner. Never use a vinyl product on leather.

Worn or torn areas of vinyl can be repaired using kits made for this purpose that are available at auto supply stores. Repairs are made with a patch that lets you match the color and grain of your upholstery. Worn areas of leather can be touched up with dyes or a high-grade shoe polish. Just make sure you match the color as closely as possible.

The dash presents a special challenge, with buttons, crevices and bezels that you can't get to with a cleaning rag. You can blast dust and dirt from these areas by using small cans of compressed air made for cleaning camera and computer equipment. Cotton swabs also work well here. Pay attention to the cleaning products you use on your dash. If your dash has a flat finish, don't use a product on it that will leave you facing a shiny gloss.

Clean air vent grilles with cotton swabs and brighten them up by misting on some spray-on vinyl/rubber dressing or accent spray-just a touch. You can also use these products to cover up light scuff marks on wood trim. Spray the stuff on a soft towel and then apply it to the wood.

Clean glass or plastic gauge lenses with a glass or plastic cleaner, not wax. Pull off any removable knobs to clean the bezels underneath. Ever wonder where the haze on the inside of your windshield comes from since you don't smoke? It consists of plastisols given off as the plastics used in many new cars slowly cure. Not to worry-a good glass cleaner should remove it. If your windows are really cruddy, you may have to resort to stronger measures, such as scrubbing with 4-ought steel wool.

Good luck, i hope this will FixYa.

Is a light coating of oil the only thing to use to return your gas grill exterior to a shinier black again? Was thinking that would make it sticky after it heats up.

A light coat of oil will bake on and create a brown varnished look that you will have one heck of a time getting it off. If the gas grill is painted... and not porcelin coated no amount of cleaning will bring back the shiny black if the pain has been faded by sunlight. The only thing that will bring back that sheen again is a "high temp" gloss enamel paint. (Clear coating is NOT recommended. post paint as it will also darken even if it is high temp)

To clean it use a product like Mr. Muscle Kitchen cleaner or similar product. Engine degreaser works too but will dull the paint. If you plan on cleaning for painting you can use engine degreaser. If not... stick with the Mr. Muscle kitchen cleaner. Just make sure to rinse thoroughly and let it dry and lightly sand / wipe before painting.

Thanks for choosing FixYa,

Same problem with grill bubbling what to do 2004 niss murano

I've decided to "black" mine out with a high gloss black. First I'm going to take the grill off & see if I can use airplane paint remover on a small area to remove the coating that is bubbling.

If so, then i'll primer the surface & repaint it as is since it should be smooth after the remover works and I scrape it down and wash it clean.

You could then leave it once the clearcoat is removed, re-coat it with clearcoat, or paint it any color, even to match. Automotive spray paint is available at auto-parts stores for this type of material, just get the right can of spray paint.

If I find the paint remover won't work without hurting the actual grill, I'll use some fine grit sandpaper and prep the surface, then primer it and paint it high gloss black. Color choice is optional of course!

Maybe this will help.

Fridge door marks

Turtle wax. The stuff used on cars. Use the paste wax, not the liquid.

Stains in my thermocast sink

Rinse after every use. Sanatize with Bleach once a month. Use a soft cloth or sponge and liquid soap to remove residue. Scratches can be buffed and polished with a liquid based auto polish to maintain High Gloss finish. Do not use abrasive cleaners which will dull the finish. If you have used the sink in a non-normal usage and stained it, it can not be repaired under most circumstances. If you have not voided the warranty, you may be eligible for a replacement from the company.
