Okay here are the symptoms:
1. last time my phone was displaying it was already frozen
2. i closed it and when i opened it again there's no display
3. only the keyboard lights up, blinks then its gone
4 end point i cant open my phone totally
I had the same problem with an old razor. I ended up having to discard the phone and got a v557. But these were the steps I took:
1. Took out the battery for about 5 min. I called tech support and they said that most problems are due to software errors and can be fixed by taking out the battery then reinserting it.
2. I reinserted the battery and booted it up. The keyboard lit up and the welcome screen played. After that, it shut off.
3. I charged the battery completely and tried to reboot. Same thing happened.
If none of these work, it's probably the battery's fault or the phone's fault. Either way, you should get a new phone or contact a professional fixman. Hope this helps.
