We had a power outage and now my oven will not work. it displays "e1" (in red) "F5" (in green). Anyone know what this means or how to fix it? Thanks!
On the door the inside glass cracked. how do i take the oven door off to replace the glass

F5-E1 is a fault code denoting a failed door lock/latch mechanism. Before having it replaced, go outside to you main breaker box and turn the power off to it for a couple of minutes... try to reset the controller. If the fault code appears again, the door lock/latch mechanism needs to be replaced.

I cut the power but eventually the error code came back. I at least appreciate the answer. Looks like I'm calling my builder!!
Thanks
I also just had a power outage, and am having the exact problem...whirlpool is garbage!!!!! It is always nice to pay $2000 for a oven...use it 3 times and have it break.
I looked at my oven and notice that the control panel is not lit up the ovens work how can i get the control panel to work. this just happen today. The oven is not even two years old. I have turn the curcuit braker off and back on but it didn't help
After a power outage the display panel will not show time, but the timer still works. How do I get the digital panel to display the time? There is a"PF" showing on the panel which I assume stands for power failure.
