After a power outage the display panel will not show time, but the timer still works. How do I get the digital panel to display the time? There is a"PF" showing on the panel which I assume stands for power failure. After a power outage the display panel will not show time, but the timer still works. F5-E1 is a fault code denoting a failed door lock/latch mechanism. Before having it replaced, go outside to you main breaker box and turn the power off to it for a couple of minutes... try to reset the controller. If the fault code appears again, the door lock/latch mechanism needs to be replaced.

The E1- F5 error is a door lock error. The control has likely failed. Sometimes when you disconnect power to a range and reconnect it the electronic range control gets messed up. You should disconnect power for 15 seconds and reconnect and see if that helps. If it doesn't fix the E1- F5 error hold the bake button in until E0- F2 appears in the display. This is the error for a stuck button on the keypad and is the way to clear the memory of the electronic range control. Then turn off power again for 15 seconds and back on. Sometimes these work, but if the control has failed it won't make any difference.
Thank You and please rate my answer if it was helpful..

For some reason I get the same error code every time we have a power outage. If you push and hold the "lower off" button for about ten or 15 seconds it will unlock and reset. Hope this helps.
