When you switch on projector the bulb gives off green light not a white light
first try to reset the settings to factory default. if that doesn't work, replace the cable. if that doesn't work, you may have a fried light filter on one of the lcd panels, or a main board issue (probably video processing chip).

Hello,

If you are connecting it to a computer with a VGA cable, you may have to go into the options of the projector and set the port correctly.

Go into the menu, and select the "image" area. In here you should be able to select computer.
