Your battery may be near-dead. Nikon SLRs disable the shutter, but still let you view pictures, when the battery is low.
Solution? Simply charge the battery.

The problem maybe with how the camera is saving the pictures. I recommend that you save the pictures to the camera card and put it in a card reader or plug the camera directly to a computer and use that to view the pictures. If the pictures are still the same then there is a problem with the camera.
Think that you might have accidentally pressed the DISP or DISPLAY button on the back of your camera. This manually turns the LCD display on and off to save batteries. You would then use the optical viewfinder in its place. To turn the screen back on, just press the DISP button one more time.
Most themes are downloaded as a *.cab file. You have to install them
first. Put the data on the phone with activesync, or download it
directly from your phone, go to explorer, browse to the location and
install it.
U r soft ware is in so bad condition i thing it is software error so upgrade u r camera software and try so snap if it is not working so check its lens by service center because it is not so simple problem dont take repair it before it will go out of control
what i think is happening is that live view uses a digital immage not what the image sensor sees when you take the picture the optical view finder uses the atual immage that the sensor will see
Are you using more than a 2 Gb SD card? The z750 uses a FAT16 format that limits you to 2Gb of storage. To use a 4Gb SD card you need to have a FAT 32 format.
I learned this the hard way. I tried to increase my storage from 1 Gb to 4Gb and had the same problem you discribed above.

Try resetting your camera.
In your picture taking mode press MENU.
Go to the SETUP tab and go up until you see RESET. Press your right arrow and make sure reset is highlighted and press set.
If that doesn't work the Call the repairs center at 800-706-2534 and then keep choosing option 1.
