Question about iLO (2 GB) MP3 Player
Dixer, do the following Click on "My computer" In the new window Right click on the player's icon . Choose "Format" This will erase your player's data (hope you don't have important stuff there) and allow to start from the top. Let me know if this helped and please rank my advice. Thanks, D. P.s. if you want to keep your data try to copy it form the player to the computer before you format it. It might not work.

i have an aigo 1gb mp3 player which says flash error please back up when switched on.i dont know how to resolve this problem.
My ilo mp3 player also says flash error, save data and then format. I went to my computer, clicked on the mp3 player icon and right clicked. I formatted it and the mp3 player worked and said no files. I then downloaded an album to the player and it went right back to flash error, save data and then format. How to I download music with the flash error coming back. JC
