SOURCE: My LG GW 620 PHONE

Possible that the phone has hung up because there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a reinstallation. Seeking help from the authorized service /support centre is most ideal. Take estimate and decide.

How can I get my wireless headset CS520 model to answer a call without having to lift the phone receiver first?

A headset button can be added to the phone that when pushed will activate the headset port on the phone. Once added the light will light when headset mode is active. This button can be added through the multi-line set key assignment for in the mitel. I would also suggest added a release button at the same time as the release key would be used to disconnect a call in headset mode.

It ias not pairing my cell ...so what to do ........... it is show incorrent password or pin .........

Try to put your headset in pairing mode first. Starting with it turned off, press and hold the multifunction key until the indicator light is flashing quickly in blue. Then, bring your phone and headset close to each other, and make the phone's bluetooth application search for new devices. After a little while, your headset should appear on the phone screen. Select it and make it connect. If a pairing code (or PIN or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros, without the quotes). If the pairing process is successful, your headset should enter the stand-by mode. It should appear in the paired devices list on your phone too.
By the way, if your headset's user guide happens to be missing, feel free to download it from this location.
Anyway, please, let me know if I can assist you any further.

First time pairing to bb9530 storm to jabra easy go doesn't work

You could try to force your headset into the pairing mode. In order to do it, with it turned on, press and hold the answer/end button for some 5 seconds, until the bluetooth indicator light is rapidly flashing. It is in pairing mode now. Then, withing the next couple of minutes, bring your phone close to your headset, and make its bluetooth application search for new devices. After a little while, your headset should appear on your phone' screen. Select it and command it to connect. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros). If the pairing process is successful, your headset will enter the stand-by mode. There could be an indication on your phone too, that a headset is connected.
Hope you are able to sort your problems out soon.

I have a Motorola H350 ear piece I lost my inst. manual and do not have a pass key

Hi, If your headset is in paring mode, it will show up on the phone either with the name of device or something like this [unknown headset] or [b2.c3.f4.56.a1] (called a MAC address).

Either way, select it, and hit OK.

The phone will now ask you for a "Pin" or "Passcode", which is a 4 digit number. Headsets will ALWAYS have 0000 (four zeros) as a pin or passcode. I have never encountered a headset with a different number as a passcode. I have been in wireless for 10 years, and still have not found a headset that has any different numbers.

Enter these four zeros and select "OK"

The headset and phone will connect to each other. The phone will display a message that will be something to the effect of:
"Connected to headset".

At this point, the phone MAY ask if you want to use the headset. This means all audio from phone calls would be routed to the headset rather than in to the phone's speaker or earpiece. Select yes, or ok.

Your headset is now set up for you to talk on like a REALLY important CIA agent or something of the like...

Keep in mind that when a call comes in, the phone will still ring like normal.

You can answer the call by either:

1. Pulling the phone out of your pocket and hitting the answer button.
2. Touching the answer/end button on your headset without reaching for you phone.

The range of your headset is up to 30 feet, in a direct line of sight.

If you go into another room, your range may be decreased.

If you do happen to go out of range, the call will be transferred back to the phone, and as soon as you are in range again, touch the answer button on the headset to let the phone know you're back in range. It will re-transfer the call back to the headset.

If you turn off the phone, or headset, you can repair them again simply by going to the bluetooth menu and selecting the headset again from the list. It will reconnect without a pass code and you are up and running again.

*** Please note that you do not have to hold down the answer/end button on the headset until it goes a solid on again.

Phone does not detect headset

Put your headset in pairing mode first. Turn it off. Then, press and hold the MFB for some 8 seconds, until the indicator light is steady blue. Then, make your phone's bluetooth application search for new devices. Your headset should appear on the phone screen. Select it and make it connect. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros). If the pairing process is successful, your headset's indicator light should flash rapidly 10 times, and enter the stand-by mode (light flashing every 3 seconds). The pairing procedure should be done only once. After any two devices are paired, just by bringing them within 10-feet from each other should suffice to have the bluetooth link done. Otherwise, a simple press on the MFB should do.
By the way, if your headset's user guide happens to be missing, feel free to download it from this location.
Hope you are able to pair your headset with your phone.

4pr909 bluetooth headset passcode won't work with samsung juke

had same problem with this headset on two phones and finally solved it.

1. make sure bluetooth on phone is activated (know that sounds silly but some people forget)
2. with the headset turned off, press and hold the on/off button on the headset until the light on the headset FLASHES CONTINUOUS BLUE AND RED (about 8 seconds). This is most important, because if lights on headset are not continuously flashing blue and red, the headset is not in discovery mode.
3. once headset is in discovery mode, go into "my devices" on bluetooth menu on phone and click to search for new devices. make sure phone and headset are close together. phone will say searching- BE PATIENT, THIS STEP TAKES THE PHONE SOME TIME. eventually phone will show that it found your headset.
4. once the phone lists the headset, click on the headset and tell the phone to connect to the device. at this point the phone will bring up a passcode screen. enter 0000, and tell it to connect. when it connects, the lights on the headset will automatically go to an intermittent blue. you should be all set.

the biggest mistakes my kids made trying to pair these headsets were:
1. failing to turn bluetooth on for the phone
2. turning the headset on in something other than discovery mode (continuous blue/red flashing lights)
3. not being patient enough to wait for the phone to find the device.

hope this helps
