Quickbooks conflict with nvidia

If you installed the latest NVIDIA drivers, did you also try installing a different PDF printer driver? I would suggest try installing a different PDF printer driver like PDF995 or Foxit Reader. Post back how it works out.

Quickbooks Pro-restoring a back up from a previous version 2005

If is any help - we have just had the same problem.......had version 5 (very old) of QB
changed computer to Vista and would not work so had to buy Pro 208 for Vista . We really had to get in touch with Quickbooks - they send you a free upgrade kit (disc which is Pro 2006 version (not a fuull version but enogh to get the data over) then you load that on your old machine transfer your data to that then copy that again - then load into Pro 2008 - worked fine for us - have come across a hiccup with VAT - but however I guess we are going to have to give in and phone them after the Bank holiday........apart from that everything was fine.

be brave and phone 'em - tech support was helpful.

MY HP NOTEBOOK MODEL: DV9205US REBOOT FOR ONLY 5 SEC

Had the same problems with my dv9205us in Feb 2008. Called HP and gave them the model and serial #s. There is a recall on certain models due to motherboard issues. The Fed-Exed a box with a return shipping label. Had the notebook back within a week at most with no cost to me at all. Give HP a call to see if you fall under the recall.
