I`ve aquiere cable contract, as the remote control for the tv cable company is a mess, many times the tv hasn`t shot down properly, resulting in an almost black screen. In the instruction mannual, it appears that the user has to adjust the wide option so no black spaces appears. Otherwise the CRT /image tube, will age different from each other and a unussual distorcion of the images will appear.
Thats what is happening, specificly in the text more than in moving images.
I have aquiere this TV 2 years ago.
I need to know if it is possible to fix this myself or i need to change de CRT / tube, in a samsung authorized provider, and if i had to what is the cost of the CRT/tube
thanks

Your Convergence output is burnt.DONT turn that TV on until convergence IC's are replaced, orange glowing inside that you see it is resistors that overheating and burning.Unplug TV from outlet before more damage is done
Look to see if any coolant fluid has leaked from any of the CRT's. This is a common cause of multiple component failures in these models. Look real close at the CRT mounting bracket, the wires coming from the CRT's and look at the particle board below to see if you can see any staining or puffed up wood particles. My experience with the Samsung bds is when you have a multiple compoment failure due to fluid leakage it is best to replace the boards instead of component level repair because other components will fail at a later time. Coolant fluid is real hard to spot since it is ultra clear. Hope this helps.
Yellow is the lack of blue. It can happen when you are running your contrast - which is your overall light level - too high.
Try turning down your contrast. On CRT tech, contrast should always be run at half what the factory allows as full, on the user controls. Full up is what calibrators call Torch Mode, and is NOT the way to get performance to be in the linear operating range of CRT tech.
If your sides are more yellow than your middle, your set may need lenstriping. Mild yellow on the sides is not uncommon, and usually not noticed. But heavy yellow on the sides would indicate that the blue image needs work on white field uniformity.
make sure the device is selected, dvd set remote to dvd ,now like tv select tv on the remote then try other features like channel up and down some company remote are also universal too and the device need to be selected even if its a samsung remote.
First off, do you not know Internet etiquette? Caps are considered yelling or shouting! So please! head You have the typical convergence failure of the convergence correction IC's. They BOTH need to be replaced. If you have no solid state printed circuit board experience, play it safe and call in a pro to assist you in this repair. Good Luck
