Clean the pins with a toothbrush or try one of those Energizer phone chargers that used AA batteries.

What was up with your camera? Mine won't work properly. It takes pictures but then they sortof disappear. It attemts to store them but the image won't show.

Hi, chances are you have at least one bad battery cable. Check them with an ohm meter. If you have any resistance in your reading, say above 0.02 change your cable. Hope that helps.

My battery has went dead and when I went to charge it. It wouldnt charge at all. Plus, when it was working and I would go to take pictures, it would sound as if something was loose in the lens.

If your Nikon EN-EL10 battery for your Coolpix S4000 won't be charged, there seems something wrong with your battery or battery charger, so you need a new one. The problem about lens, if something was loose, there maybe a screw and after a term it may cause lens error.

This happened to me too, you have to take your phone back to who you bought it from so they can repair it. Its the chip inside the phone that is bad. Not the charger.

Showing battery low

hi anjali,
i think the problem must be with the replacement of the CCD chip. they must have must some damage to the cam with out their knowledge. but the thing is you cant even claim that with Sony. you must have took it right next day.
that too if you are in india you cant expect the service people to get these things fixed so soon. you must have been attentive.

Wont turn on

Please check the charger connector for dirt, if possible take an old toothbrush and clean with alchohol, let it dry and refix everything. should work.
