I followed the instructions which were turn on wireless subwoofer. While pressing >>/>> on the main unit, press the numbered button (3) on the remote until "P" lights in the main unit's display. While "P" is displayed, press ID/SET. While pressing >>/>> on the main unit, press the numbered button (3) on the remote. The WS lights on the main unit's display. Turn subwoofer off and on again. Make sure its indicator lights up green. What is happening when I take these steps is, the W1 stays lit, the WS next to it flashes. The indicator light goes green for a second, then back to red. No sound comes from the subwoofer throughout the process. All the other speakers are working fine. They have speaker wire to connect to the wireless system. The subwoofer doesn't have any wires, except the power cord. Please help. I am so close! Thank you. Missy
I had the same problem and it turned out that the directions are very unclear. You need to not only press the ID/SET button on the wireless system, but also on the wireless subwoofer itself. That solved my problem.

There are 2 things you can try, first ensure that the digital transmitter is fully inserted into the slot of the main unit. Secondly do you have any other wireless devices near such as cordless phone or wireless network equipment? See page 5 of the installation manual as per this picture.......

I have a similar problem. I've got everything set up but the sub. The sub is plugged into the wall and i've pushed the the on/off button on the sub yet there is no red light, green light, or any light whatsoever coming from the indicator light. I've tried swapping the ac cord with the other equipment and everything works fine but the sub. It has no power. Apparently mine is defective. I spent hours trying to figure out why I could not get a green light till I finally read somewhere I should at least be seeing a red one to begin with.
