Question about Asrock P4I45GV R5 Motherboard

Constant restarts are down to a faulty driver or the cmos battery needs replacing, or short the motherboard cmos jumpers and reset the motherboard settings

I have a ASRock motherboard (p4) which constantly restarts if i am using a media player to play music or videos. what can i do to stop this?
my pc also restart and show the following error........................
