Delta Milano 4520 Crib

I have the Delta Enterprise 4520. On a support bar, two of the little pegs that hook into the crib broke. I called Delta and they do not support this crib anymore. I was wondering where i could get another "support bar" or even the little metal attachment at the end of the support bar which is easily screwed into the support bar and attaches to the crib. Any leads? [email protected]

Hello, David -

Please read this 21 Oct 2008 article from the well-respected health care website, WebMD.com:
https://www.webmd.com/children/news/20081021/2-deaths-spur-delta-crib-recall

Your model crib was recalled by Delta Enterprise Corp. in 2008. At the time the company offered repair kits. That was in 2008. We are now in 2018. It seems the company no longer provides the repair kits.

You will need to purchase a new crib. I do not recommend purchasing a second hand crib, as there were many cribs manufactured which eventually turned out to have faulty and dangerous parts. Too many of those cribs seem to turn up at yard sales.

If you are crafty or know someone who is a clever wood worker, you or that person could re-purpose the broken crib into a settee or other safe piece of furniture.

Best wishes.

I have a Delta luv crib from 2003 - model number 4920-1, manufactured in China. Is this crib recalled? Who do I talk with to get a replacement part?

That model has been recalled for missing safety pegs on the legs. If any of the legs of your crib are missing the safety pegs, call Delta at (800) 816-5304 for a free repair kit. (I would probably call them anyway just to clarify if there are any further problems with your particular model)
